The hotel has stunning views of the mountains and the price was very affordable. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel has tight security with high surrounding walls.
The neighborhood was sketchy and the hotel was far from the main attractions. The beds were not very comfortable.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the view from the outside patio. the breathtaking mountains view in front of me was an unforgettable experience! the staff were very nice and always hospitable. I also really appreciated the fact that the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options.
I have to say that I was disappointed with the location. It was quite far from the main attractions and the neighborhood didn't feel very safe.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. We also really appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the beautiful outside patio that offered fine views of the mountains. the hotel arranged transportation for us, making it easy for us to get to and from the hotel, even though it was located on the eastern edge of the city near a train station.

The hotel is located near the Poroy train station, which is a great convenience for those planning to take a train ride. the eastern edge location may be far from popular sites but taxis can easily be arranged. the room is spacious and modern, with a good breakfast selection. the hospitable staff is accommodating and have a good command of English. the hotel has a secure facility with tight security and a phenomenal view of the mountains from the outside patio.
The fluctuating temperatures of the water in the bathroom could be a challenge for some guests.
